British actor Idris Elba who is best known as a drug dealer Russell 'Stringer' Bell in TV series The Wire-has teamed up with Dante Hawkins, who's lived the life Idris has played, to support the Prince's Trust.
They've filmed a short documentary on their experiences to launch the Prince's Trust undiscovered Campaign, which aims to help young people caught in the recession.
Idris, whose 37 got a £1,500 grant in 1990 to help him through the National Youth Music Theatre in London.
Dante had been involved with the police but has now turned his life around and has become a mentor for the trust to help others.
